At LiquiSale, we strive to provide fast and reliable delivery services to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our shipping options and policies below.

1. Delivery Options

We offer two types of delivery services:

  • Local Delivery - Free Standard Shipping (2 to 4 days)
  • Free local delivery within a 70 km radius from:
    • Montreal
    • Toronto
    • Gatineau & Ottawa
    • Quebec City
  • Express Shipping – Delivery within 1 to 2 business days for an additional fee.

2. Shipping Notifications & Proof of Delivery

  • On the day of delivery, customers will receive an email and/or SMS notification with the approximate arrival time of their order.
  • Once the package has been delivered, we will send a confirmation notification along with photos of the item at the delivery location as proof of delivery.

3. Address Accuracy & Corrections

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. LiquiSale is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase.
  • If a customer realizes they have entered an incorrect address before delivery, they may contact our team via the contact form on our website to request an address correction.
  • We will make every effort to deliver the order to the corrected address, as long as the request is received before the package is dispatched.

4. Responsibility for Theft or Misplacement

LiquiSale is not responsible for any theft or misplacement of packages once they have been delivered and the delivery confirmation has been sent to the customer.

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package to the correct address.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within Canada.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or remote areas not covered by our shipping partners.
