We offer two types of delivery services:
- Local Delivery - Free Standard Shipping (2 to 4 days)
- Free local delivery within a 70 km radius from:
- Montreal
- Toronto
- Gatineau & Ottawa
- Quebec City
- Express Shipping – Delivery within 1 to 2 business days for an additional fee.
Yes, you can return products within 7 days of delivery if they are undamaged and unused. Returns are accepted only if the product has a functional issue, and it must be in its original packaging.
We categorize products into three types:
- Brand New: Unused, surplus stock or end-of-series items.
- Opened for Inspection: New products that have been inspected for quality.
- Open Box/Minor Imperfections: Items that have been opened or have minor cosmetic flaws but are fully functional.
If the dimensions of the delivery address prevent the delivery or are incompatible with your space, we cannot accept the return of the product.
Refunds are processed on the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days, while PayPal or other methods are usually faster, ranging from instant to 1–3 business days
