  • Returns are only accepted for products that have a verified defect or a functional issue.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Returned Products

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, undamaged (except for the defect or undisclosed damage), unused, and with their original packaging.
  • The defect or the functional issue must be verified.

3. Incompatibility or Restricted Access

Returns will not be accepted in cases where:

  • The dimensions of your space or delivery address prevent proper delivery or installation.
  • The product is not compatible with your installation space.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your LiquiSale account.
  2. Go to the Order History section.
  3. Select the order and click on Return This Product.
  4. You will receive a return shipping label to send back your item.

5. Return Shipping Fees

There are no return shipping fees for approved defective, faulty, or physically damaged products.

6. Refund Process

Refunds are issued using the original payment method within the following timeframes:

  • Credit Card: 5 to 10 business days.
  • PayPal or other methods: Generally faster, often instant or within 1 to 3 business days after receiving the return.

7. Packaging and Shipping

  • Returned products must be properly packaged, as they were in their original state, to prevent further damage during transportation.
  • LiquiSale is not responsible for any damages that occur during the return shipping process.
